We have an immediate opening for a receptionist/admin at a small design and print shop in Tysons Corner. We’re looking for someone extremely organized, tech savvy, very personable, and fun. We are very busy, mostly all the time, but we have fun doing our work. If you’re okay with working hard, and do well under pressure, you’ll have a really good time here. If not…not.
Looking for someone specifically to answer phones and emails, deal with customers, help track jobs and help move orders through to print more quickly. This position will require excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail. You will create invoices, order paper, and supplies, and need to be diligent with those tasks and MUST BE GOOD WITH NUMBERS. This will include keeping track of assignments, and a assigning permission to different social media and google adwords accounts to people working on them. You won’t be doing that work, but will need to help move it along. So someone cool and fastidious. This is an entry level position, but we’re growing quickly and there will be room to grow with us.
Ideal candidate will have significant experience in a print production environment, and estimating. We know that’s asking a lot, but it’ll give you an edge. We hire more on personality and attitude though, so we’re willing to train someone fun who’s looking to really contribute. We need someone quality-minded who is really going to care about the work we do. We’re a small shop, so everyone wears a lot of hats. We all work very closely together, so we want to be able to get along. We think we’re doing something cool here, and its important to us that you think that too.
Starting $30k – $38k per year based on experience, 90-day trial, full benefits (health insurance, PTO, IRA matching) after trial period. We have a free gym and shower in the building for all employees, and we pay for parking. Please copy and paste your resume as well as attach it to the email, do not call. Also please answer the following two questions:
1. What is your favorite kind of music?
2. If you could have any super power, what would it be and why?
